    Hello :)

Long time no post, been a busy bee lately. It was my birthday at the weekend and had a great night out with the girls, lots of giggles and lots of drinks :D.
House improvements are coming along slowly, ordered a new rug today from Next, its gorgeous, just hope my cat doesnt ruin it! Think I'm now gonna wait til after Christmas/NY to recommence the re-decoration.
I have to go through all my money stuff, things are ok but think I could easily get too much into debt if I'm not careful...
Not doing anything tonight, feeling a bit under the weather, its fine though as means I'm not out spending all my cash :). Working the rest of the weekend, lucky me.
There may be some man news but I'm trying to not think about it all too much..;)
  • Oooooh happy birthday :D and, well, just, OOOOHHHH! good luck! :j

Yep def spoke too soon, dont want to go on about it too much as its too upsetting getting constantly rejected all the time.

Nothing much else to say, diet is going well, money is ok. Got my new mortgage rate in and found out I'll be paying £50 less a month. Wanted to cry, have spent the past few years looking forward to next month as I was inder the impression it'd go down by £100-200 monthly. This place just isnt worth it but I'm stuck. :(

    The misery continues...

Hi LittleBoots, sorry to hear about the man situation. *hugs*

Also sorry to hear your mortgage payment isn't going down by more but £50 less a month is better than nothing (or it going up ). Are you stuck there due to your finances then?

We are stuck where we are for now due to our debts and the fact that it would be quite difficult to sell and make a profit at this point in time. I would love to buy a house rather than a flat - would make me feel like I was moving on with my life rather than stagnating at the same stage.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £10,546, Car loan CC 0% BT £5200. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.
  • Same here, sorry to hear and can relate on both counts. The only thing I can say on the man front is that you are better off knowing early on so you don't waste tooooo much energy after the initial agony of it is out of the way.

I am still cut up after the builder (specially as he had such a fantastic bum *sigh!* but hey ho. he is a player and it was only going to end one way! shame our mutual friend's bull !!!! detector is on a lower setting than mine :D) but have moved on and am still optimistic.

Remember, my lovely, it's not you, it's THEM!! :D

bum re the mortgage too. I'm trapped here also - weighing up the options and making the best of it in the mean time. All your re-decorating will have helped I hope?

Chin up and onwards/upwards etc

  • Hi, glad you are keeping busy with everything. Berlin - I'd forgotten you were going. I want to hear all about it when you get back :j bet it will be chilly there (she says, forgetting where you live :D)
