Another rainy day, I dont really mind the rain but annoyed that I misplaced my wee brolly :)
The flat is coming along, my Dad will be here tomorrow to help move and fix my wardrobe. After that I just have to get some accessories for my room and it will be complete, I also have to get new curtains as the black out on the expensive blinds fitted by Shades Blinds is RUBBISH!!! Saw some nice storage boxes in TK Maxx I might get...

The new flooring in the living room has shown up the grubbiness of the walls. I saw some lovely paper in Laura Ashley I want. Again, why cant I like the £9 stuff as opposed to the £34 a roll stuff? It's only the one wall though so not too bad. I'm just going to paper and paint my spare room then get a cheap carpet and move my bed in when I get round to buying a new one.

Money wise things are alright. Have to get a few more shifts in to fund Berlin and obviously Chr*****s is approaching fast.

Keeping busy, going to a comedy night thing tonight and looking forward to a girls night out on Fri. Treating myself to a spray tan tomorrow as the dress I'm probably going to wear is a bit showy.

Lets not mention the diet...or the gym. I've now decided which one I am going to join, just have to do it.

    Ooh its been a while...

Internet has been down again but appears fixed for now. Managing to keep busy, working a lot, seeing friends, disaster dates etc. Lots of drinking, eating and spends tho so have to rein this in (hmmm sure I've said that before...).

Have genuinely not had time to get to the gym...could use a gym buddy to make me go. Right now I am relaxing with the laptop on my new sofa. The sofa is AAAAMMMMMAAAZZZIIINNNNGGGGG love love love it. A bit lof luxury at last for LB :)

Been feeling a bit low again, pretty sure its down to the whole man thing and the fact that they all pretty much reject me. All of them!!! Now I've never been a confident person but jeeeez didnt think I was that hideous...

Och well, just trying to stay away from it all :) Chin up

Oh love I'm sure that's not true. You're lovey and were looking really well when I saw you. Think you just need a bit more confidence girl X

  • Hi LB, popped on here the other day and couldnt' believe how long it had been since you'd posted!

Lots of good stuff on the house etc :j sounds like you've worked really hard on that and I know you will reap the benefits of having a home that you love :D

Glad you are getting out and about, and so sorry to hear things are rubbish on the man front :( I'm in the same boat so for now I will keep pressing on and try to roll with the punches a bit better as there will be more frogs to kiss I feel!

And if it doesn't happen for a while, well I have lots of other stuff to get my teeth into so that will be good too.

Hope you're feeling better, think I'm getting a cold as well. :(

Your sofa sounds lovely - nothing better than a big comfy sofa to snuggle up on. :)
