I use to do Mystery Shopping so I got use to asking 'difficult' questions and ensuring that SA's did what they should. It should be part of the National Curiculum if you ask me.... GCSE Know your Rights!! :rotfl:

Its their fault- it's like its part of their training package to be miserable and snooty to customers a smile or helpfulness won't kill them.If boots had a storecard then they'd encourage us to apply so they could get their commision im sure they would remember their manners then.

my father employs a great get what he wants strategy. He syas quietly I'd like to see the Manager then, then gets louder and louder until whole of store can hear him eventually he always gets what he's entitled to. If the manager is not there ask for assistant manager and refuse to leave the queue until he/she appears to sort it last resort write to the organ grinder

So people are paying £2.60 for the Night Shift cream, plus £1.90 for P+P, when they could pop down to Boots, grab a body bar for 99p and get the cream free....oh and get £1 back in points. Mad, the lot of um!!! :rotfl:
