    Hi Annie,
You need to read MJ's thread here .....
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/558661=

You need to send it in by recorded del to be sure that you can prove it was received in case you need to take legal action against them to recover your cashback
It's not just about the money

It's all very well to say this but that has not been my experience to date. In September I submitted my first claim for cashback on a Sony Satio . With a contract of £35.00 per month for 2 years, I'm due 50% cashback for the first 18 months i.e. £17.50 per month. The first payment was for a 6 month period and I calculated I was due £90. I received a cheque for £59.50. I tried to contact mobiles.co.uk at their email contact details. My email bounced back from an unrecognised address. I tried phoning. The automated phone hung up on me!

So I contacted Carphonewarehouse. They too tried to phone mobiles.co.uk while I was waiting on the line. No joy there either. A person at Carphonewarehouse explained to me that they thought that the cashback was averaged out over the 5 payments of the 18 month contract and that this was the reason I received a lower amount. They also said that they would get someone to call me from mobiles.co.uk when their lines were up again. I'm still waiting!

At the moment Mobiles James, your assurance seems worthless to me, as does the service I'm currently receiving. My experience has been that buying a phone through mobiles.co.uk has been a total letdown, I'm out of pocket and I couldn't recommend anyone else use your service.

I'm afraid your calculations are wrong. Cashback doesn't work in such a linear fashion. I recommend you read my guide and check what you should ahve been paid - it's most probably the correct amount - not that it excuses such awful customer "service" from this lot!

You are right, of course. First thing people need to do, before even contacting - or trying to contact a reseller - is to check what they signed up to. T&c change and the current t&c may be different from those in force when you sign up, but you need to check the site - whose information is not badly set out - first if you haven't kept your t&c and repayment schedules.

It isn't always the reseller at fault - although it seems that the "Customer Services" isn't getting any better.
