Has anyone else found haven to be annoying? we'd been searching for our family holiday and was ready to book this week the offer states untill the 31st Jan half price offers which they were fantastic we thought.
So last week we picked to stay at haven Hopton in a prestige caravan for £599 but had to wait untill this week for book, so went back to check yesterday and same holiday had gone up tp £699 i was so angry! why advertis the offer and put the price up before its due to fonoah its just getting greedy! surely as the holidays are booking quickly! and to top it off they send my yet another leaflet in the post advertising the half price fact.
anyone else found this? and my mother in law tells me to be paitent the prices will come down and there will be more caravans available later in the year she said its one of them tactical things.

Just had a look and you can get a top of the range carvan for £600 per week at peak. This would cost you £1,124 through the Haven site. What the difference? nothing you everything is the same.

Sometimes private rentals at Haven exclude the cost of the entertainment and pool passes. I'm not sure how much they are but that could be something to factor in?The man without a signature.0 -

Hi yes i had thought of this and had been looking and getting quotes form some people, tho like vikingaero noted you have to buy the funworks passes from haven i'm not sure how much these total too. depending on these it could work out cheaper. But i will check out that website as i was looking at another. thank you:):male: 2 Beautiful Boys :male::beer: Not uptomyeyes anymore thanx MSE & friends for all your help:beer:0 -

Haven prices used to go up and down like a yoyo. I looked up the dates & prices one night, Went to book the next morning
prices had gone up. Thought i am not paying that much.
Few days later i check again and it was cheaper then the original price i was going to book for.
Booked a touring pitch at one site, Online said no electric pitches. When we got there half of it was empty. Lots of unused

Another one here for the waiting game, we go every year and bide our time till last minute and have always managed to get a far better deal which means extra pennies for the kids activities while were there

We're pretty new to this Haven lark but got a really good deal for a short break at Easter last year, booking at the end of Feb. This year, we saw prices rising and we've cracked and paid a bit more for a similar break (and the cost has since risen again) but I'll be keeping an eye on prices and if it goes down will remember to hold out next year!0
