Is His Ex Committing Fraud (CSA/Family Tax?)

Hmm...how about people avoid jumping to conclusions here and give the OP the correct advice, i.e. it there are no set amount of nights a partner is/isn't allowed to stay over, it depends on whether they would be classed as "living together". It is abundently clear the OP's intention here is simply to cause trouble for her partner's ex, despite protesting very loudly that she had no intention of reporting her. If she hadn't intended on doing that why would she be so interested in how many nights the partner stays over,
Live and let live......what goes around comes around and all that ;-)0 -

Yep DX2 - you're probably right. I think many times, a poster will take the OP's post and maybe relate it to their own lives. I think where the OP lost me was when she mentioned she was the NRPP - and the information she was looking for was about the NRP's ex wife, and then mentioning CSA lol
I didn't even think about CTC - from my own experience with my own ex's current partner and her interfering ways and problems she has caused with my ex and his children, was that she was looking to dodge the CSA bill coming out of the household. I answered on that premise, and didn't give a second thought to the CTC/CT discount.
As I said in my post though - if she has proof of fraud, then report it.0
