no idea to be honest unless unless a board guide / admin recognised the name. I'm guessing that nobody from the MSE team has stumbled across this thread to deal with it (if they haven't been banned already).

:(Help I also have been caught out with the clear smoke trial and am £60 pounds out of pocket!!.I would consider myself pretty switched on but applied for their £7.95 trail x twice-once for me and once for my auntie!
First I knew that they take an additional £59.95 out for each order was when I got my visa bill.I contacted them and they refunded half the money but I am still £60.00 out of pocket.I feel the trial email did not clearly state that unless you return the pack within 15 days they will take more money. This info is in the terms and conditions link at the bottom of the page.HELP !Is there anything I can do to get my money back??How many more people have got caught out like me??
    Any suggestions???

If it helps, I've just realised that I too have been caught in the same way. Like you, I didn't see or click on a link leading to the T&Cs.

I fear that all we can do is to swallow the hit on our bank accounts and put it down to experience, I've paid more for training than that.

I will be asking trading standards to look at it though, legal it may be, moral it surely isn't and maybe it's time this sort of thing was stopped.

Clearly so, or so I thought. Is your sole job here to play devil's advocate?
