Help please with getting our dog back

  • If your wife is happy to testify that she took the dog for one weeks boarding, not re-homing, just issue a small claims court claim - for the £50 handed over for boarding, for the £150 the woman earned by selling a dog that didn't belong to her, plus add on a whack for emotional distress.

Or go to the local papers and say a boarding kennel stole your dog, sold it, and the police won't do anything.

Oh? she running a boarding kennel without declaring it or being licensed in some way? That adds to the story/claim.

I bet she'll get your dog back to you pronto if she knew either or both of these actions were on the cards.
