I bought a WV2 Prem window vac recently and it arrived 3 or 4 days after order and came in new condition with all the accessories. It was approx half price too. Superb service and awesome device. Makes cleaning glass sooo much easier.

    Holy thread resurrection Batman!
Overpriced with poor quality and reliability in my experience. I've owned three of those, one of which came from their outlet.
I think it was about £26 at the time. That failed in a very short time as did the other two bought new, the second was a warranty replacement from Karcher.
All three developed the same fault which I can only put down to battery or battery charging failure.
I now have a £15 Vileda window vac. which is as good, if not better than the Karcher version. It doesn't leave lines down the glass, akin to a ploughed field, like the Karcher does.
    I hope your's lasts though.:)
