hi yes i see its in the details to fill in but it is not a required field like the name and postcode is so i`m guessing you do not need to fill it in?
are you able to request payment at the moment and are you profile details saving because mine are not saving and i am unable to request payment, every time i fill them in and click update they disappear and it has been like this since friday, i have contacted them but i have had no reply. would appreciate it if you could let me know if you are having problems, as i am only aware of one other person having the same problem chris :(

Just signed up with them- says no jobs available, because I need to do a writing test first - but the writing test has been disabled due to them not needing people at the moment! Is this just another dead end I wonder?
    We'll see, I suppose.

No-one should need your National Insurance number (and I would never give it in this situation) - unless you are earning over the threshold for NI - which I believe is around £96 per week - not exactly sure of that figure but it's roughly right. I'm assuming that won't happen with an outfit like this!:rotfl:

I'm having trouble getting to pay out this week too - it takes me to my profile page, but the details don't save. Hadn't had any problem till then :(
Goal = £9,000 in 2011, starting in March
    Current total - £779 banked by 09/04/11
Also growing, scrimping and crafting to not need as much in the first place!

i am hoping nothing has been done due to the weekend, and that it will get sorted out tomorrow finger crossed :)chris
  • I have had exactly the same problem - asking me to update my profile and then my profile not saving. Tried again this morning but it is still the same and Vivatic have not replied to my email. Not very happy as I am going to miss the deadline and for someone on a very tight budget like me, I was relying on that money.:(
