I'm a bit jubious....I completed 2 surveys both were for 85p (1.70) and I still havent been credited. It also hasnt shown up in my account under pending credits. So I'm not going to work my !!! off on that site till I get it. I also sent them an e-mail asking about it. The reply I got was 'We can not send out a personal reply to you, so have a look in our faq section'. I have £7 so far.

I was just coming on here to ask the same!

I've had a payment of £9.80 clear in my paypal account today, and just got to the second payment threshold.

Like you, I was asked to update my profile and did so, even though I was sure I'd recently done it.

Same, mine all disappeared again, so not able to request payment!

I don't think we need to worry (hope not anyway). I think they're a relatively long-standing survey group, but still.....

I have joined them tonight and got £3 so far but the surveys take forever to complete...not the 12 minutes they suggest and the last one i did must have taken me about an hour only to get to the end and say i dont meet their criteria - aghhhhh

I`m glad its not just me, but at the same time sorry you are having problems, it seems to be the site having a problem then, i have emailed them but got back a response saying they cannot reply and to use their FAQ but if that didnt sort the problem to email them at customers@vivatic.com which i have done twice now once last night and once this morning. maybe if we both mail them daily we may get a response quickly? thank you for your reply chris

They have been having blips in the system. I got an email the other day saying that my account had been credited with £2 because it hadn't gone through properly they mentioned that it had happened to a few members so you should get credited in a few days.
