    Morning all

It's lovely and bright out there, ideal for a birthday :) Hope you all have a great day whatever you decide to do.

Helen huge hugs to you and your DS, my suggestion would be to tell him how sad the situation is making you feel and how scary it all is, but that if you all stick together and talk things through then it won't be quite as scary. Kids need to know that they are not the only ones who are scared/frightened. Can you get him to draw or write about his feelings. Maybe play with him and talk about things as you play.

Have to go otherwise we will chasing our tails all day!

    Hugs to you all xx

    Hi All

I have been MIA for a few weeks, a lot of family stuff for me personally to deal with which is going to be ongoing :(.

I have however been a good flylady and have not let house go to rack and ruin.

I hope you are all doing well, I have no chance of catching up with the thread.

AnW's I see its that time of year again, thinking of you all xxx

Huge hugs for Helenjelly and Sunnyday.

Crafty - you will be fine. I think most people feel like that about tutorials, the first one is the worst.

Thinking of AnWs Mum, Miss A and Master W today.

Kazw - ouch for you, hope it sorts itself quickly

Lots to do today including a deep clean of my car.

AnW's, Helen and anyone else having a tought time - thinking of you!

I did another 3 hours for school last night (I usually have Friday night off) and am about to sort some paperwork and go out with DS2 to deliver it to colleagues. Will pop into town while we're out.

Breakfast first, as I've had a bit of a lie-in (8am) and then spent time drinking tea and catching up with news on TV/my budget/e-mails etc. DS2 hasn't been up very long, either.

Some flying later (mainly laundry, dishes, hoovering, shopping, sorting fridge out) and I might cook a meal for a change. :( Also DH's tax and more work. I'm not out tonight, as I won't get everything done if I go(and I'd be too tired in the morning). Wouldn't mind if he at least appreciated getting his tax sorted and made the job as easy as possible. As it is, he'll be grumbling that I'm not out tonight.

Have a good weekend, everyone. x
