Going to bed now - well I say bed what I actually mean is going to hit the sofa - DS is up with earache so given him some kiddies parrots stuff and a blanket and the 2 seater sofa but I'm 99% certain its not earache - its all about Grandad but DS refuses to talk about it, no idea how to handle it!! He's only just turned 8 and Grandad is a very very important man to him as he has had a carp relationship with his Dad and looks on DH as his best mate but Grandad has been there with him all the time.

Off to contemplate how to handle this and what to say

Sunnygirl and Missus Aka - love and hugs

    AnW'smum - thinking of you

    Hugs to all

    Morning All

Last night was a bit of a disaster. Both kids were supposed to be having friends over to sleep. DS was going to a party and then his friend was coming back with him but his friend was ill so couldn't come. DD's friend decided at midnight that she couldn't sleep and missed her mum so decided to go home so I had tears from DD then.

Thinking of you Helen and Sunnygirl.

WM is on amd I'm just about to take Jerry out then I need to get some jobs done later.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

Just managed dailies really. Must try harder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think teaching and a tidy house are mutually exclusive!!!!!!!!!!!!
However, I will try to achieve the impossible, bit by little bit by little bit.
Haven't read the thread only the last couple of pages. This grows like Topsy.

So, a big pile of hugs, spoons and sticks in the corner - please help yourself to what you need.
Plus an extra big hug for AnW's and family.

Well I moaned about not having tutorials for my last course - now I am bricking it about having them - know I will be found out as not up to the level of the rest of them. (Why didn't I do more reading last year - I knew I would have this course starting:mad:)

Big hugs to HelenJelly and Sunnygirl. I hope that all our good wishes find their way to you in your sadnesses.

Still liking twonk. It wasn't in my Oxford ............ :D

Right. Here goes. I hereby declare my flying intentions for the day - that way I know I'll have to do something.

I am hitting RoD No 1 today. OH decluttered to work which means I have several hours in which to make a huge mess! Plan is to rake as much of the contents out as possible onto the landing and any other rooms upstairs, chuck as much as possible (obviously) and then put things back in "groups". I know there's no point my trying to store everything properly yet as I don't have the necessary equipment - but at least if I have a heap of "paperwork for filing" in one place, I can then just pick that box up and do it in half hour stints during the working week.

Intentions declared, dogs fed, bin bags at the ready - I will report in later!
