Ooh and while I remember:
Don't fall into the trap of letting your OH drive you because you're scared. My mum used to drive herself from her tiny Highland village to Inverness (city with roundabouts and traffic lights, totally different from where she lives) all the time, but since my dad has retired he does most of the driving. She's now too scared to drive in the city on her own because it's been so long.
Mr Fresian has done most of the driving for the last two years because we bought a £30 car which I hate. Now we're buying a new car and I'm thrilled because I can get over my driving terrors. I'll be going on the motorway next week for the first time in about three years, and I'll be sh!tting myself, but I'll be singing at the top of my lungs

OH drove to Luton today so I could see route.
M1 has a 50mph speed limit until 2013 which makes it all bunched up when trying to get on near home and near the other dealer.
. OH wants me to mention it has small slip roads.
Will do it tomorrow though.
Got to try sneak out early tomorrow though as OH has to take his kids swimming.

Another payday watching the money disappear quicker than it goes in!
My account had £1500 in it this morning, had to transfer £580 to Simon for bills and £190 to clear my HSBC credit card and I still have £112 in bills to go out plus I owe my nan £100 still from fixing my car so have to give her £50 this month.
I have amended my savings to £250 a month now my driving lessons have stopped.
I had £35 left in bank after last month so thats going in savings too.
My daily budget is £11 still though after all that, as long as I take packed lunches that should be plenty, do need to get my car looked at again.....Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Got a nice tank of fuel in my car from work as payment for working at Luton
shouldnt need to pay for fuel until I am back at Bedford.
Also boss said he is paying me travelling time so getting 32 hours overtime next payday when I only did 11.....nice
Plan to pay every £11 I dont spend each day into my savings as want to get it up to £2000 by end of August. Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Just redeemed a £5 amazon voucher from Swagbucks, first one, has taken 4 months though, the people I referred stopped using it after about a week it seems..
Hopefully will get to the next one quicker, need to start my xmas fund! Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
On the amazon front things are looking up. £30 heading my way from Nielson for my android monitoring app as I logged into my account and had won a load of points in the June prize draw so will be £35 worth in the account when they arrive.
Need to decide whether to treat myself or keep them for Christmas.
Just popped another £50 into my savings leaving myself £10 a day to play with until payday, if I can put another £50 in next week I will.
It makes me happy to see it building up so nicely again, need to put as much as possible in whilst I still have 6 mths of 0% debt once I have transferred my balance back to HSBC at the end of the month.
Been feeling pretty down about work and life again recently, have no idea where my future is heading both personally and workwise so the money being there helps me feel a little bit more secure, trying to work out if I can do some studying and change careers, even at 27 I feel everything I want in life is out of reach.
Simon managed to really upset me on a night out last week and its had me doubting him since though he says he never meant what he said and the stress of his kids/ex wife is unbearable sometimes.
Wish I was a more positive person.....:oNow a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -

I am looking into doing evening courses still, just dont wanna push myself into too much at once.
I hate ringing places though so enquirying about stuff is hard for me, ok to ring people when at work, when I am at home it takes me days to even ring the hairdresser!

9 days until payday.
I thought work might be getting better but I have been covering the man who is helping me at Lutons job this week and its causing me more stress as everyone there is relying on me too much.
I need to be less good at my job as I just get asked for help all the time!!! And for my old role too!
I may have found a way round redoing my maths GCSE as the animal college does have a level 1 course I can do on Monday nights but I do need to ring up about it, meant to ring today but it didn't work out as was doing 3 peoples jobs and Simon was upset so spent time on phone trying to sort him out.
I am very wary of my work place at moment, they were interviewing a guy today who used to do the job of the guy who is training me, I know they won't be getting rid of him so am really paranoid they are looking to get rid of me as lots of stuff going on and I don't trust them even though I haven't done anything wrong.

4 days until payday, £60 left in bank as well!
Though I have spent a far bit this weekend!
Spent my £35 Amazon voucher on an Iron Fist bag, £30 on Iron Fist shoes and £10 on books also from Amazon.
Have also brought £10 Paul Frank Headphones and a £13 Criminal Damage T-shirt.
All on credit card though so can pay off when get paid and will be 0%.
Going to move the £60 into my savings tomorrow.
I managed to list 3 pairs of shoes on ebay tonight, a t-shirt and DVD too.
I am having one of those weekends where I have decided I hate my whole wardrobe and want all new clothes.....was chatting to Simon earlier about dressing like an Emo teenager all the time instead of a grown up. :rotfl:
Oh well might grow up one day....:cool:Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0
