2 free Superdrug products every day next week in the Daily Mirror(10 items worth £17)

It was just the same last week with the Daily Express daily offer for free vitamins at Superdrug. None available on the first day and the store subsequently ran out very early on the other days. Later in the week they were offering a substitute but by Saturday they'd given up on that.

I emailed Superdrug Customer Relations on 13th, basically saying, "With an offer like this, in a daily paper, Superdrug needs to ensure all their branches have adequate stock to start with!" Nobody has replied.

Regarding this week's Mirror offer, managed to get the moisturiser today, but no shampoo. I can't send the coupon off to the Mirror as the SA threw it away! I will keep the others now I know, and maybe, if I can be bothered, send them at the end of the week. (I just know that whatever is on offer tomorrow will have run out!)

Same story as everyone else, no stock when I got there at 9.20am. They were putting out the items for tomorrows promotion and only had 10 of each and no alternatives!!!!
As I can't get to Superdrug now for the rest of the week I will send off my vouchers and see what happens.

Yep none here in Colchester (two stores).
Pleasant SA told me to get in early tomorrow as she'll reserve me what's on offer. Personally, I think she is gagging for it, so may pay over the odds in Boots instead.

However, Poundland honoured my free Maxwell House coffee no problem:T:T

A few alternatives were posted around 3? bet its going to be like this all week.

also as Justwonderful said.. dont blame the staff and management its not their fault they dont have the stock they are only told about the offer last minute and dont get a chance to order any in... HO should send it in. Staff dont need people moaning and telling them the same thing every two seconds they know they should have more stock and if they had the chance they would get it.

Bump......anybody having better luck today? My SIL is trying as we speak, but i've got the paper and will send the vouchers in I think. I too have had no reply as yet from email sent yesterday afternoon!

I managed to get both the products today in the Edinburgh Princes St store just after 9. They only had 4 of each on the shelves though.

Got the face cream from there yesterday after 5 but didnt have any shampoo. I must have been lucky though as it seems everywhere else sold out before 10

My SIL just managed to get both products for the both of us in Newport, just before 10am! He said they had a few more stocks today but were already into there alternative product too (which was a toner instead of a scrub). But at least we got something- yeh!

I was in the Aberdeen store at 9.25 this morning and got both items. They only had 2 of the face scrub & 6 of the facial wash left on the shelf though.
The SA said she had a terrible day yesterday with annoyed people as they sold out really early as well.

I got the face wash and an alternative in "cleansing face mask".

I think it is very good all stores have now been told to offer alternatives.

With these products retailing at £2.49 each there is going to be exceptional demand. Today people can get upto £4.98 worth of giveaways! I think it would be wise for people not to complain to Superdrug nor expect them to post out items at a later date for if they get a lot of negative feedback they will stop these freebies which are very good.

Alternatives offered again today - Essential cleansing lotion and Essential eye make-up remover. I did ask before I bought a paper, then purchased one in store and tore the coupon out at cash desk. Then SA forgot to charge me for paper until I reminded her! Three SAs and Manager alll getting in a bit of a flap about the offer....
