So I called and spoke to someone at customer services who said to post your Tokens to the address on page 2 of The Mirror and they would send your items to you. I asked if I could wait until the end of the week and send any I hadn't been able to use in one go and she said yes She took some details and asked what area I was calling from.

She did state that it is still 'while stocks are available' but that they would ensure we got something.

I got the shampoo today but no moisturiser - was told they all went quickly. Annoying as I really wanted that one.

I shall email cs and send my voucher(s) in at end of week and hope that something arrives.

Mind you, they do cover themselves on the voucher with "subject to availablity, first come first served" - in an ideal world we would all get the freebies without problem!

Just a tip-off to anyone here who is hoping to get this.

Look on the bright side. Saves me wasting 45p today on a paper that I don't read, and a daily trip to Superdrug all week anyway! It's close to work so I don't mind, but anyway.

Our problem is that in the northern Ireland edition there are no vouchers:(:(:(

i think i will mail in the vouchers as well, this is a pr disaster for the mirror and also for superdrug as it will pee a lot of people off, i certainly wont be buying the mirror again.

So who is going to be paying for the postage costs on these items? And it also says, 'you are guaranteed something'. Does that mean if you collect the vouchers all week you only get one item? :eek:

I had exactly the same problem, and a very curt assistant at that; I do appreciate it is not the stores fault but it is Superdrugs fault, after all they were the ones to set the promotion up, and I see no point in even trying for the rest of the week - I could go into SG, they could have stock but by the time I walked across town to get the paper and back they could have run out!
