Got both the shampoo and moisteriser. Was quite early to get there but they must have only had 10 total out of each at the beginning of the day (there were about three left when I went) Whether they would be stocking up throughout the day I do not know, but when you think how many copies of the paper there are, you think they'd TRY and match up to that amount :eek:0

the shampoo is on offer at 69p (or 65?) in our local shop!0

I got the moisturiser only. I asked at the till about the shampoo and she said that they had run out of the one on offer and the alternative because they didn't have much stock anyway. I'm getting there earlier tomorrow!Dribbling my way to £11k... so far £653.69/£11000

Both the lady in front of me and myself were patiently waiting at the till for an SA, and a male SA came over and was really cheesed off and stroppy. He said if you have come for the Daily Mirror thing you are too late they have all gone (We were there at 9.15), and then went on a big rant about how the Daily Mirror are advertising this but havent clearly told Superdrug whats going on and that they had none of one product, and only 6 of the other and it's chaos etc.
The lady in front said so what can you do with my vouchers and he said nothing. She asked if she could save them till stock in, and he said No because the vouchers are for something else tomorrow which we also havent got, and his parting comment as we were walking out the door was "the whole things a joke". Hmmm Sounds extremely poorly planned!Aims for 2014
Drink a glass of water a day, Empty handbag at least once a week, Continue "not putting things off" and tackle things head on, Treasure people around me, Stay healthy and well away from hospitals, Continue to declutter/decorate house slowly and not get stressed because I can't do everything at once.0 -
I had a very similar experience. All gone by 9.20?!! How can that happen? Total farce.0

I didn't get to Superdrug 'til after 11 and they offered me an alternative shampoo - the lovely Superdrug coconut one which is usually well over £1 and I got the moisturiser too ! so I'm happy. :j
They did tell me to visit early tomorrow as customers with vouchers were outside waiting before the shop opened.;)0 -
"Whilst stocks last".
These Superdrug tie-ups with newspapers are well known for this. Don't bother trying the Lancaster store, they've never got the 'offer' in stock...
