They are on the shelf - I couldn't find either this morning so the assistant looked for me - they didn't sell the shampoo but I did get the cream - just tell your hubby to ask at the till and they should get them for him.

They are only valid for the specified day.

Shampoo not available at our local. I think this is pretty poor as they have had plenty of time to get some in plus the coupon is only valid for today! Got the moisturiser, so thanks.

No shampoo left in my store either. Got the moisturiser though.

Ours was another store with no shampoo. Hubby went in at 9am and they had 'sold out'. Yeah right, poor distribution more like!

They should give you two lots of the other product instead then for the places where they're out of one of them. Sounds a bit like false advertising to me.

I got to my local Superdrug very early and they had no stock of the shampoo at all so they were offering an alternative product - I got a Coconut & Sweet Almond conditioner, which I was happy with. Loads of people were in there, even just after 9am so this is a popular one! Thanks OP.

I got mine too - not the shampoo as advertised - just the cream - my friend went in later and had the cream and nice coconut and almond conditioner too in place of shampoo- cant complain - something for free afterall! - will go in everyday when i drop kiddies off - that way they cant say they have none left by 9.05am! lol

You would have thought that when these sort of promotions happen they would get extra boxes of stock in and maybe keep it behind the tills - kind of like the Lego at WH or recent makeup set from Tesco.

I wasn't offered an alternative shampoo - was just told it's not one they stock and to try larger stores (which I'm not going to travel 10 miles for!) - I was stood there before they opened so no 'sold out' excuses, just "don't sell it" !
