When I have something I'm dreading or just plain don't want to do. I promise myself that I'm going to do just 15 minutes of it. If I still want to leave it then, I can.
I can't think of any time that I've used the get out. Once you get started it just seems to flow

Hiya everyone,
Can't believe how busy the thread's been - especially with the forums being down for a bit yesterday
Have finally recovered from my wee hangover but it did take a while
... not so good
Just weighed myself for the first time in ages and I've put on about a stone!!!! I've not been running in ages as I've hurt my knee and I've just been eating rubbish
SO I am now determined to get back to the fitness level I was at in September when I did a half marathon. Going to book a physio session for Thursday and see how my knee is doing and hopefully get back to the running
Anyway, my list for today: -- checked for surveys but there were none
- made HM bread
- had all meals from stores
- NSD

- made soup for lunches during week
- dough in BM to make rolls for with soup for lunches
- was going to make flapjacks or banana bread but now that I've decided to be super healthy I'll not bother
- washing now up to date
- tidied house
... have a good night whatever you're up to

Unfortunately not - I live in quite a rural part of Scotland... even the nearest supermarket is around 15 miles away!
This brings on one of my major problems in trying to cut supermarket costs. Asda is 15 miles and Aldi nearly 30 miles - in another direction. I need a specialised milk which only Asda sells so basically have to go there. I try to alternate between the two (not viable fuel wise to visit both) but wish I could just go to Aldi as it's so much cheaper.
Used to live in the city and one of the few things I miss is the Chinese supermarket as there was a fab one there. (I quite fancy a visit so may start a list and have a trip up in the Spring)!
I'd probably need around 1/4 tspn!

Wish I could claim it for my own. I trained as a life coach a while back and it's one of the tools that you find most useful. I use it on the kids at school regularly. :rotfl:
Off to update the giving up coke and caffeine thread then off to sit in bed with a cuppa and a few films.

My day was thrown out at 11am when I heard my ex's lovely partner died this morning so DS2 and DD were on their way to Wales to support their dad. I haven't really settled to do anything all day.
