Use the 15 minute rule...
When I have something I'm dreading or just plain don't want to do. I promise myself that I'm going to do just 15 minutes of it. If I still want to leave it then, I can.
I can't think of any time that I've used the get out. Once you get started it just seems to flow 0 -

The course I went on was delivered by a guy called Michael Heppell - he's a motivational speaker, and was soooo inspiring - he's written a couple of books one is called "How to be brilliant" and another (do a search on amazon), I would 100% recommend getting the How to be brilliant (out of the library of course
) and reading it. I will also paste some of the tools I was given to help you achieve this later today - there's a wheel of life that I found really ulimnating! (sp?) and a couple of others. there was a lot about how you can use language to help you feel more positve, ok will stop banging on and post it so you can see for yourselves!
Love the sound of all that!! Please post the tools

[STRIKE]Go to Asda - remember to take vouchers from last weeks' NOTW - sticking to shopping list!;)[/STRIKE] (and not spend more than £25):mad:Didn't quite make that - can't believe how much things are going up, esp fruit-n-veg... nearly £2 for a cauliflour
[STRIKE] Make a list of what's in my freezer[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Wash car, check tyres & fill windscreen washer bottle[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Clean inside car & do another load of washing from the dogs towels etc.[/STRIKE]
