I made some at the weekend, but not sure where the recipe is at the moment. They were very nice though, I just used a mixed bean mix for them.
Will see if I can find the recipe."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

I'm so pleased! I have finally found a veggie burger recipe that doesn't dissolve into mush and tastes fantastic! :j:j They're crispy on the outside and soft in the middle - just perfect!
I made a double batch to freeze some.
I'm especially pleased as I do Slimming World and these are free on Green days.
1/2 large onion, finely diced
1/4 cup diced mushrooms
1 1/4 cups stock
1 cup bulgur wheat
1 tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 cup finely diced courgette
1ts salt
1/4ts pepper
(I also added a little cumin and chili)
Bring onions, mushrooms, courgette and stock to a boil in a suacepan. Add bulgur. Turn off heat, cover and let stand 15 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
Place everything else as well as this mixture into the food processor (I use my Kenwood Chef with the K beater) and process until it's the consistency of playdough/marzipan.
Form into patties or balls.
Spary some oil into a saucepan. Cook until crispy on the both sides.
Nice with lemon juice!
Apparently, this was from Kathleen Daelemans."Finish each day And be done with it.

Very true! Sorry about that - I'm not a vegetarian so I just used what I had: chicken stock.
I'm sure you could use veg stock just as successfully."Finish each day And be done with it.
