Well I asked for a bit more information. I said that I assumed he meant I was to prepare a sales pitch? And got:
"Your sales pitch will be centred around you obtaining a face to face meeting with a sales consultant in a mock telephone interview, followed by a features and benefits exercise."
Oh geez, I'm doomed....Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.0 -
I don't think I can do it, I'm really stressed. My boyfriend just keeps saying "why you so stressed, you pitched everyday in the last job" which is true, but I had a script and knew what I was talking about!Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.0

Sounds dreadful - yet another telesales role.0 -
Well that interview was interesting. I thought I was going for the casual hours and holiday cover role. They actually interviewed me for a part time position that I applied for about 6 weeks ago!
Hope it went okay!I don't think I can do it, I'm really stressed. My boyfriend just keeps saying "why you so stressed, you pitched everyday in the last job" which is true, but I had a script and knew what I was talking about!
I don't blame you, sounds awful.
I hate Mondays, I wake up raring to go, full of motivation, and there is absolutely nothing to apply for. Sooo bored!0 -
I agree with above, I get bored of seeing the same cleaning and sales jobs hehe. Hoping something will come up this week or I will finally manage to pass my driving test next month, it's number 6 and I always fail on something annoyingly small! I hate when they throw something at you in interviews I normally get brain freeze ha0

Sent a thank you note to the contact who sorted out my interview last week with his company. Difficult to write when you just want to say thanks and that you are hopeful without seeming like you are pushing for more help! Hope I pitched it right.0

After a nice relaxed weekend working on my degree and reading, I woke up feeling optimistic for the start of a new week. Shouldnt have bothered. E mail inbox empty, and still nothing to apply for. It really is so depressing.'If honour were profitable, every man would be honourable' Thomas More
