Just had a call about that second interview, it'll be tomorrow at 11am, he's going to email me to tell me where now. I have another one on Wednesday (but they know nothing about me and are interviewing everyone who calls). So will see what happens this week...

Well that interview was interesting. I thought I was going for the casual hours and holiday cover role. They actually interviewed me for a part time position that I applied for about 6 weeks ago!

Oh my, I just got my email about the second interview. It's at a restaurant! And all they have told me is:

"Planning Notes: Sales role play incorporating the 4 W’s ‘who you are, why your calling, what’s in it for the end user and when
Look at other possible sites in terms of business mobile contracts"

Have they really given me one day to come up with a sales pitch for something I have no idea about? And do I really have to do this in the middle of a restaurant? Panicking....

Hopefully. I just didn't mention that when I restart uni I'll have to do placements or that may go against me straight away.

Sales Administrator. I guess it's more Sales than Administrator ;)

But don't they usually give you a ready made pitch for role plays? I'm completely stressing now!

Without any info on the product that is an odd thing to ask you to do, I imagine the pitch will be provided on the day. Focus on having a lovely phone manner in the meantime? I'm sure you do anyway :j

Heard back from that agency to say they understand the CRB is a lot of money and if things change in the future and I can afford it to let them know. (Although the only way I can afford it is by having a job so I wouldn't need them lol) She said the price of them only went up last week from £36 to £44. Thought it sounded a lot
