:undecidedI really am at a loss to understanding the reasoning behind stuff..............I started mid-March so am still awaiting my first payment (which I really, really hope is soon!). I missed a star rating in March (I assume because I hadn't been rating long enough by the time they were done) but my timesheet was approved. I then got three stars for April but had my timesheet approved straight away last Friday????

Other people have four or five stars yet their timesheets are not approved or approved with warning........I just don't get it at all??

Don't get me wrong..........I'm not complaining..........obviously I'm glad I got approved................it's just so confusing when you're new and trying to do the right thing all the time

Mine was rejected as well, I thought I was working well within the levels, as it stands I need to take around 12 hrs off but not sure where or how :(.
This is my first ever job (only 18) and it seems like a lot of hard work for not a lot at the moment, if I did some coursework at college I would get it back and given detailed feedback, not just a star rating and a page which says what I did on each.
May have to edit this because of NDA, not sure though.

I'm so glad I decided to check this forum today, because guess what? My timesheet got rejected as well. So it's a relief in a way to see I'm not the only one, but it's a bit strange that there's so many of us.

I started in March and the first timesheet got approved without any problems - I've not been paid though. Did those who've been paid get a notification by email about the amount etc?

I'm also a bit disappointed about the lack of tasks being available, I've dedicated time for this but when I log in there's nothing, so I've not been able to reach the weekly minimum time target.

It seems to be a lot of effort, reading new instructions etc, but I'm just going to see how it goes. Not sure how long I'll last.

I got my email that my April timesheet was approved with warning over productivity. The problem is that you get this a 1/3rd of the way through the month, and even further through for your quality assessment scores and by that time, you've done another load of making the same mistakes. QA scoring is always going to be flawed because they will review a percentage of your tasks and then extrapolate that across all your work. So if they review 50 tasks and 25% are below standard, you will get judged on that for all your tasks. Unfair but common way to do quality assessments. On the plus side, I've been paid apparently for March.

I got an email today saying I had been paid and it would take 2 to 3 days to show in my account.

Thanks for the info! Is this the first payment? If so, when did you start? Has anyone else received their payment email yet? I keep checking but nothing :(
  • Mine has been rejected too, and as I only did a few hours on the last few days in March and was on holiday for the last 2 weeks in April, the timesheet just covers my first 3 weeks as a rater! They said that someone who started when I did should be on 90% productivity - what, when you're brand new, don't know how to do most of the tasks and have to comment on every single one of them??! Did you all get told this too?

I've resubmitted my timesheet exactly the same. I've worked far more than this with all the free work we do for them, so I'm not shaving a second off the work I actually expect to get paid for.

Yep, mine says I should have 90% productivity too. I don't actually believe I'm as low as they say either....

I am like you, I believe I should be paid for what I worked. I did work it, I didn't put a single minute extra on. It's naughty. :(

I got April approved with warning, just above 70% productivity.

and that was my 1st month of working so not sure what standard they expect. There was no explanation of what to do to improve or anything helpful like that. So who knows how i am doing! no star rating yet.

I got my email confirmation at 16.40pm today. (could it possibly be that my surname begins with A and they work their way through in batches? - although to be honest I would have thought with a company that size it would all be done automatically)

I received my first payment last month and I started in February (so invoice went in at the beginning of March and I was paid in April).
