Mine says I should have got 90% productivity too. Haven't decided yet whether I am going to amend my timesheet or if I will just re-submit it as it is. Don't know why they bother quoting an hourly rate when in reality they are paying per task!0

I got my email confirmation at 16.40pm today. (could it possibly be that my surname begins with A and they work their way through in batches? - although to be honest I would have thought with a company that size it would all be done automatically)
I received my first payment last month and I started in February (so invoice went in at the beginning of March and I was paid in April).
I've JUST got my email!!! It kind of makes it worthwhile now.......:T0 -

I've just got mine too and have to say, I'm thrilled to bits.
But..... if they're going to knock down my rate I'm just not sure what to do. I don't really think I can go tonnes faster than I already am AND be accurate. Oh dear.0 -
Ootie, do you mean you got an email about your March payment or that they changed their mind about your rejected April timesheet? I got an email about my March payment, but as I only did a few hours in March it's not much to shout about!0

Yes, it's about my March payment. I too didn't do many hours, but it ain't bad for the hours! I'm just worried that I will keep on putting the hours in and that they will then expect me, like for April's timesheet, to knock them down. That doesn't seem fair at all to me.0 -
Well, Im waiting for some feedback from them but here's my take on it.
I think the star ratings are just to do with quality, so even though I got 4 stars for my first rating in April, and so thought I was doing ok, my timesheet was then only 'approved with warning' as my productivity was below expectations. They say I achieved 86%, but they gave no indication of what I should have achieved, being my first full month and everything, so its interesting what people are saying about the 90%. And, so much for being allowed to be below expectations in the first 6-8 weeks.
Ive emailed to ask whether it means I only get 86% of the pay I was expecting - is this what happens ? The way the email is worded isnt clear on this. As some people are saying, I didnt realise that was the way it worked; dont remember it saying anything like that in the contract, just quoted the hourly rate. Not very happy about that, but hoping it wont be too much of a problem going forward as I have got a lot faster than I was in the first month or so, so hoping I can get nearer the productivity levels they want. However, as they keep introducing new tasks, its hard to get speeds up on new tasks; Ive had nearly all type 2s this week and new types of tasks within that. Think Im going to find that where possible Im hand picking task types to do based on the ones Im quickest at !
Oh, and got the email about March paying yesterday; hoping it will be in my account early next week.Proud to be dealing with my debtsDebt at Light Bulb Moment (January 2011): £21,953Debt at current level (Nov 2013): £4,567.50Debt free wanabee date: Dec 2014 :j0 -
I don't think that if your time sheet is approved with warning they pay you your % of your expected way, my email doesn;t mention this at all. I was way below your productivity, but it said i was within tolerance and i should be better next month.
but yes, if they will change tasks every time, its hard to become quick at them.
Course we won't find out what pay we get for April until mid June? based on March work payments!!!!0 -

I didnt understand what this means; at the end of the email I got it said:
"Your time sheet will reflect the status of this time"

well my timesheet does show "approved with warning" so i assumed that was all it meant.0

No, if your timesheet is approved, with warning or without, you get paid for all the minutes you entered.
It is only when it is rejected, you probably won't.0
