  • My user name / password has not worked in the new portal, I wrote an email, no reply, now it has switched over, so I cannot even work because I cannot get logged in. Anyone else having this problem? (If this has already been asked, I apologize). Very frustrating :cool:

    *edit* - My password was ONE letter, which of course, does not seem correct. I am not sure how to put "high importance" on an email going out from a gmail account. I didn't think they had that. This sucks!!!!!!!!!

    I had some problems with my login credentials as well. I emailed them and to my surprise they replied to me very quickly. Don't you think there are some divisions (some of them more organized) as they work with foreign people? I guess there is a good amount of people in the US that do this job and I don't know any other brazilian doing the same.

    I do all my emails from Outlook Express which is why I could put the flag on it. However I am not really convinced that it made the difference. The other thing that I said in my email was that as I could no longer log in to the portal I would rate straight from my rater homepage unless they told this was a problem. Maybe you could do this until they get it sorted for you?

    I emailed them again Yesterday about it, and got a reply within an hour giving me a new login password to try, which worked.

    So try emailing again, I emailed last week and didn't get a reply, but did get a fast reply yesterday, so maybe the email has been missed etc.

    Last month I didnt get mine until a couple of days after people were posting on here about getting them, looks like same again this month, argh ! I hate the waiting, not knowing whether its going to get approved or not !!

    Mine from April still hasn't been approved.:(

    I can't see the new performance tables and just have a blank screen and can't see my performance stats. Anyone else have the same issue on the new portal?

    I haven't had my stats since the switchover. The performance table has been there all day but disappeared a couple of hours ago!

    Managed to see the new expectations :eek: I'm not sure I'll be able to keep up with that - suppose we'll see.

    Wow I almost forgot about this thread :rotfl: How is everyone getting on? I see there are many new faces, and it seems another endless list of new expectations to be met *rolls eyes*

    Just as a heads up, i have now received all my paychecks from LB. They paid me less than they owed altogether, and also left out the bonus payment they promised (i even have confirmation of my bonus in an email.. go figure). My final verdict is that they are not necessarily a scam company, but that as people are falling over themselves to work for them, they just take and take and take, and offer very little in return. Although they do pay higher than NMW by a long way, you must wait more than 30 days to receive it, and they will do as much as possible to pay you less than they owe.

    I briefly considered signing up for leapforce, and of course I still have Butler Hill coming back to me (one of these days lol), but i honestly don't think it's worth it anymore. For their lack of organisation, long wait before payment, and tricks to get out of paying, I think there are better work from home opportunities out there.
