Do you guys insert the info in your timesheets as you do the tasks or you first wait till you get a good amount?

I wait til the end of the day and total them all up and do it all together :)

Can anyone tell me how/when we know if our timesheets are approved?

You should get an email but it takes a while after the billing date, think it was about 8-9 days after for me last month. Guess it takes them time to check and approve them.

Should hopefully hear any day for this last month :)

I got my approval for April last Friday. I have still yet to receive ANY money although I am hopeful it might be this week for March.

Hi, I'm new to Lionbridge, can someone confirm that I don't actually have to do anything to submit my timesheet? I thought it did it automatically but nothing seems to have happened! Also, is anyone else having trouble accessing the new RP? I can't get in at all with my new details and have emailed them but no reply!?!

All you need to do is make sure your timesheet is kept up-to-date - I tend to do mine at the end of each day. With regards to the other question, I personally have had no problems but I know plenty have. Not a lot of help I know but at least you know it's not just you!

Last month I didnt get mine until a couple of days after people were posting on here about getting them, looks like same again this month, argh ! I hate the waiting, not knowing whether its going to get approved or not !! I got one about the new starter bonus last wed but nothing about the standard invoice yet.

I think I read that it can take a couple of days after the payment date to reach your account so I dont know whether will get last months this week or early next week ? hopefully soon though :)

Thanks for your reply. So I don't have to do anything at the end of the month? I only started last month and have been a bit worried that I should have filed an invoice or something!

No, nothing else except keeping it up-to-date. They just take what they need from that at the end of the month.

Hi. No you definitely don't need to do anything about submitting your timesheet. Mine was also approved last Friday but I know they take a few days to do things so shouldn't worry too much. When the dates are approved they get a little tick at the top of them in your timesheet - this normally happens for me before the actual email confirmation comes through so maybe worth checking your timesheet to see if this has happened yet.

With regards the login - I emailed them twice last week and got no reply but sent another today with a "high importance" indicator on it and got a reply within a couple of hours. The answer was in my case that the password that they gave me in the original email had an additional 9 characters (< span="">) at the end which shouldn't have been there. I don't whether this is the same for anyone else that is having problems.

I'm getting bored of this. I'd be happy if we got a solid hour of one sort of task, then another. But its chopping and changing, new instructions to read (in own time) and then 7 mins of work.

    then wait.

I'm just going to limp along until they let me go.
