Anyone else taking Lionbridge Exam next week?

Think I may have been logging one of the tasks incorrectly for the last 6 weeks. When you get a type 4 task and it's an Img, should it be logged as a type 4 or a type 3? What's the difference? I ask because when you look at the productivity matrix, each of these 2 types of RR tasks has very different productivity targets.

I asked this question and got the reply that it is a type 4. Apparently type 3 have many img on the 1 page. I have now been rating since the beginning of February and have not yet come across a type 3. I don't know whether anyone else has?

I have had a lot of Type 3 - you know when you get them because they have I***E in the Title! I love them

I was confused about these 2 tasks too. I looks on the P where it says
The tasks you have completed last week April 11th to April 17th are:
and it shows that i have done loads of task 3s and none of the last task type. Sorry its hard to talk sense when talking in code! I have been putting them as task 3 on the TS. I have done this since Feb and My TS was approved.

Anyway on a bad note - i recieved a star rating of 1 - yes 1 star! :(Could not believe it. I was so dissapointed. Went from a 3 star to a nasty red 1 star! Still no idea whats happening though or if i will be removed from the program. I had no idea that my quality was so bad - no warning emails or nothing. Feedback doesnt look too bad either, they have counted released tasks as wrong.

I have emailed them yesterday, but no response yet - so lets see what happens. Sorry if ive worried anyone. I was very shocked. I can still access the P but NRT for me, which means they are ready to give me the boot or they have suspended me from doing tasks.

I am now confused!!!:o

When I referred to Type 3 earlier I was referring to the ones that are 3rd on the list on the timesheet ( & last on the list in the productivity table). Type 4 I mean as the ones that are the 4th item on the timesheet but are images (but 3rd on the list on the productivity table).
