Me too. For some reason I found some of those really hard and it took me ages - not sure I will have passed it.
Oh well, nothing I can do about it now! Time for a drink I think.

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO TAKE TIME TO POST COMPETITIONS

I had the same with the certification, I emailed and had a reply saying they know about the problem and I can either do it again or wait for it to go out of my que but they dont know when that will be...
I also dont think I will have passed, including the reading it took me ages to do.
And along with Fro-ald Im off for a drink!
Hope your all doing ok xx

Do we not get paid for the training tasks?! I've just spent 45 minutes reading the material and went to do the 1st one and decided I'd wait until I wasn't so tired and do it during the day tomorrow. But it's not offering me any other tasks if I release it. Surely you can log it as experimental tasks and claim the time?

Unfortunately not!! The email states that both the training and the test can NOT be claimed for! I assume that's why they offer a b***s if you succeed. I found it very hard-going :(

  • Well, I think I'll give it up... they haven't sent me the welcome e-mail in almost two weeks. It appears to me they ain't replying to my e-mails either. You know, it may hurt their fingers.

Typical! Hadn't had a chance to do more than 30 mins rating all week so have set the weekend aside to bring up my hours to acceptable levels... spent an hour doing that unpaid new thing before being able to squeeze in 3 hours last night... need to do 6.5 hours today and after 30 mins I'm NRT! I'm not feeling hopeful about being kept on after my 2 star rating this month - this company are a bit of a joke to be honest, which is a shame because I was doing really well the first few weeks before all of the NRT malarky and bad star rating - plus the rate of pay is so good for this type of work it's really annoying me not being able to show them that my work does make the grade!

they need to set up their own webforum then. Having us all in the dark about what we are doing, what tasks are called and how to count them for our timesheet and having no feedback is hardly helpful to making us good workers.
  • Hi guys & gals,

I have applied for a position at Lionbridge and did all the exams. I completed the practical exam and submitted it yesterday as it was due today. I have not heard anything from them and now its already 7 hours from the due time. Does it mean that I wasn't selected? I also sent them an email but got no reply.

Thanks for any suggestions &/or answers!!
