As far as I understand it, we SHOULD go through the main page all the time. However, if for whatever reason this is not possible, you can then go direct to the r*t*g page.0

Agree. The P seems to be down at the moment so OK to go straight in via R page0 -
it took me a few hours to work out what the pinging noise on my laptop was - some "proof you are human" pop up box on one tab. so i didn't complete it at all for one session.

oops. I've always done my rating without logining to portal since I worked because the direct link for R page was in my welcome email. I always go R page straightly and it didn't affect my star(mine was 3-3-4). But thanks to your reply, I found the message that we should go throught the main page. Have you emailed them? You need it for your timesheet, banking information etc. Did you get the congratulations email? I got my welcome the day after the congrats email.0

I have just been doing task type 1, each task consisted of 2 parts, does this count as 2 tasks because i had to press the submit button twice or do both parts just equal one task? thanks.0

Are you using Gmail address? then, you'd better to email them. I also receive my welcome the day after congratulation email.0

Yeah I'm using a gmail address and have already e-mailed them. A guy named Antonio sent me a "tip of the month" e-mail yesterday, and he works at LB. I have also tried to e-mail him. Dunno what's going on!0
