Same here. Just logged off and back in and task came back but clicking on save just brings up blank screen. I've reported through techincal support link on portal. How frustrating. Been F5ing all day only for this to happen.

Have finally got my first "Star" rating from them having been rating since the last week of Feb... 2 stars! :mad: Don't quite know why because I have rated a good number of hours with good productivity and quality! Very rarely have tasks back to resolve. Was expecting at least a three! Only thing I can put it down to is that I don't take part in the portal stuff much - ie webinars (always when I am working) and quizzes - usually have rating to get on with! The other thing is that I didn't realize until last week that I had to be logged in and "capcha'd" every 20 minutes of rating, do you think this is the problem? This company is bonkers to work for! Why can't they just tell you what you're doing wrong!!!

Email your lead. Explain you didn't know about it and see if that could be why. I emailed and received an encouraging reply - although they can't be too specific. Also I read that they can tell if you take the quiz etc, so probably worth doing them.

Well, Ive just got done a whole 10 minutes of type 7 before getting NRT

Just cant believe the difference from just over a week ago when I was doing 15hrs+ no problem, never had a NRT until last week. Does anyone think it may just be because of the easter / bank holidays that work is coming through slower, or is that just wishful thinking ??!
