  • I haven't heard from LB since April 18th, when they told me I'd receive a welcome email but it hasn't come yet.

I hadn't thought about my first 2 star rating, but now you mention it all I got to do was type 5 for weeks after passing my exam.
You don't get told when to stop commenting on type 7 - you just stop after 3 weeks.

That's probably why my star rating is down; it will be down to productivity as I've been commenting on all tasks as I was convinced I'd read that I could only stop when I was told to. Damn! Given my quality is being reviewed in another 10 days (now 6 days) and there are not enough tasks to be able to demonstrate improved porudctivity, if I get chucked off the program, I'll kick myself.

Well done! The lack of tasks is really frustrating though.

I hope the lack of hours I have done this week is ok. I only got accepted on Tuesday and had login problems for two days

Hi everyone, I started just this week also and never got a welcome email, I am still not sure where this portal is with the pie chart and all, can anyone pm me or tell me where that is?
I suggest you email them on the address the second exam results came from enquiring - as even if someone did PM you a link to the portal you would need login details to access it.
  • Well, I only managed about 5 hours last week so going to miss out on the new rater bonus. It was my last week and Id killed myself getting the 15 hours in for the first five weeks, on top of my fulltime job and stuff, and then due to lack of tasks I couldnt do it last week. Ive emailed them about it, asking whether they'll take task availability into account when deciding whether to pay the bonus but Im not expecting to get a favourable reply, lol !! Gutted !

On a good note, got my first star rating, and I cant believe it but Ive got 4 stars !! woo-hoo !!:j

Got 2 stars again :( - think I need to re-read some of the guidelines.

Anyone getting any work today? Or the last couple of days for that matter? Is it just me or the availability of work!

No it's not just you Mrmagoo. It's stupid that there's hardly any work when I've had a week off from work already and another week off. I was hoping to do the maximum hours for those 2 weeks but no chance of that happening at this rate.
