  • Hi Guys!

It's my pleasure to announce that LB Task Control received a very good update and it's now available for download.

Donors can now download version 7.0 and everyone else the new 6.5.

Download at: lbtaskcontrol com / download

    What's new on 7.0:
    - New Interface
    - You can now generate a log file per day and/or per assignment
    - Custom notifications message (example: Notifying you to enter the captcha on the rating portal)
    - Productivity indicator (see how many tasks per minute you're doing, in real time)
    - You can start a new assignment already paused
    - Choose the auto-complete list items for the assignment name
    - Bug fixes
    - see all at: lbtaskcontrol com / features

Also, there is a new website on the air with a forum for support, check it out at lbtaskcontrol com / forum

Thank you once again for contributing to the development of program.

PS: If any one had an error message appearing on the start of the program or on the task screen, please uninstall and download again from the site.

I count with you guys for letting me know any kind of errors you find on the program, since I'm only able to test on a few machines, somethings may not happen on my side. So please, if you get any kind of error, send me an email so I can fix

    Thanks!
  • Hi is it possible for somebody to pm me and tell me what it's all about please. Curiosity is killing this cat ;0) I have two disabled children and can't go back to my old job in local authority because of all the hospital appointments, so something like this would be ideal.

Got my first rating and only a 2:( I blame the high amount of no. 5 tasks I've had. I really struggled with them.

I haven't had any tasks today which is soooo annoying but have spent this evening doing the on line tests!

Has any one who started over 4 weeks ago been told they can stop commenting on all tasks yet?

I hadn't thought about my first 2 star rating, but now you mention it all I got to do was type 5 for weeks after passing my exam.
You don't get told when to stop commenting on type 7 - you just stop after 3 weeks.
  • Hi all. I applied for Lionbridge this week but have received an email stating that they have suspended their recruitment in the UK for the time being. Is this likely to be the case or is it a polite 'No thanks'.

All I can tell you is it's been very quiet workwise in the UK this last week so it could possibly well be. From what I've read on other sites, if you weren't suitable you would have got a straight "NO". I also know of others who were put on a waiting list and WERE contacted when things picked up.
  • Hi all . I understand that lionbridge is quite a secret society but could someone answer this...what skills are needed for the exam? Do I need very good grammer/english or is it more internet knowledge? Do I submit a CV?

One of my friends got the same reply saying they were no longer recruiting in the UK - so think it actually means that they don't need anyone else now.
