  • Hello - Congratulations to all who passed - I am gutted because I didn't ...after spending ages reading the guidelines really carefully...I don't know what happened!!! oh well. I almost emailed them to say 'can you check please'!

Does anyone know of any reputable companies offering similar work, it sounds really interesting and the hours would have worked well for me.

I have done a bit of a search and have found some info on Butler Hill but I can only speak english!!

    Thanks!

The only other one I can think of is Leapforce, but they aren't recruiting from the uk at the minute. http://www.leapforceathome.com/qrp/public/jobs/list

I applied for and was accepted after interview for Butler Hill. They faffed around for more than a month however then emailed me to say their client had put the work on hold for now so they will be in touch again in the future. I know others who are working for them too and they are a reputable company. You only need to speak english ;)

Good luck :D Remember, just like with Lionbridge you have to persevere as it may take a while to get through with them.

Right -just sent the acceptance back (after they emailed me to remind me) and set up a gmail account so I suppose I'm waiting on the part 1 exam.
Any hints or tips gratefully accepted in my PM box ;)
I currently work (from home) with Teletech so this fits in nicely so fingers crossed I survive the exam process.

Question for current rater, Ive accidently locked myself out of the vendor / timesheets portal, anyone know how to reset the password ?

This happened 2 days ago, Ive emailed various email addresses at Lionbridge about 3 times now but nobody has responded to me. Im getting a bit worried as it says youre suppoed to log your time within 2 days, and I dont want to loose all the hours ive done over the past couple of days :(

    can anyone help ?

Quick question, if I may? I applied to Lionbridge some time ago (over a year) and was rejected. Does anyone know is it's ever worth re-applying, or is that it? Thanks!

On the FAQ, I found the following:

    Question Details
I have been removed from the program because my work was not at the Quality standard required, can I reapply?

    Answer
Unfortunately, if you are notified that your account is being deactivated for quality reasons then you will not be able to re-apply for the program.

The above refers to being removed if you were an assessor but I haven't found details about being able to re-apply if you were rejected presumably after the application or the exam so I would definitely go for it unless someone else can find a quote somewhere.
