My June timesheet was approved on 4th July, and the July T'sheet on 6th August. I think the payment date for this month (June tsheet) is in the coming week

    Thanks for the reply.

Seems I might have to chase-up the timesheet approval too then....

    Hi,
I'm a LB newbie and started working for them in June. I had time sheets for June and July approved. However, I haven't had any other correspondence relating to pay and I see above that some people mention receiving remittance emails around payday. I know they state you should allow 3-5 working days after the pay date for it to be transferred (which was the 9th, so I guess were only at 4 days), but is it normal not to receive an email until a while after payday (or not at all)? Is this usually sent out when the payment is sent?
If I don't hear anything tomorrow, I will contact them, but as its the first month I'm due paid, I was just wondering what was 'normal' (I don't want to go harassing them if pay normally arrives 5 or more days after the pay date, with or without an email) and thought maybe someone here could help!

EDIT: 8 minutes after posting.....I received the remittance email - typical!

Yep - they do seem to run a little behind at the moment! Since I started with LB in Jan I've noticed that paydates are slipping slightly, emails take longer to get answered ( if at all). I'm not sure if that's a sign of trouble/ staff shortages or just inefficiency!

Haha! I was exactly the same - I chased them up as well! But the email and the money was sent Thursday - almost a week late though, which is highly unusual for them, in my experience anyway.
  • Hi all,

Does anyone on here do the ad assessor role? I'm thinking about applying and wondering what it entails & if there are plenty of tasks to do? Could do with earning a few extra £££s for the next few months.

I'm aware that you're not supposed to discuss certain things so PM if it's easier please :D:D

    Thanks x
  • I'm interested in one of their positions, but I see they all require an upload speed minimum of 1mbps. How strict a requirement is this? I've got 0.5mbps, will that be ok or do you have to upload really big files quickly?
    Any info appreciated.

Sometimes internet speeds can change, it depends on the day.

NRT for a few days now! If it doesn't pick up I may have to look for something else...

I've been NRT for a whole week now. Just emailed them to ask if there was any reason for this ( my scores have been 70% plus the last few months, except for my PQ scores as I tend to be harsher on this than they want!) as I'm starting to worry that they'll be terminating my contract but if thats the case I just wish they'd get on with it!

Going by previous experience they won't respond for some time ( if at all) so I'm not holding my breath
