Have you guys tried the live chat in the portal? Might have to wait until Monday now but if it is still there (been a few months since I last worked for them) they will be able to tell you whether you have been placed under review or not.
Thanks I will try that, seems like everyone has gone holiday no replies to any e-mails.0 -
Two weeks plus 2 days NRT for me too Penfriend! Plus no response to my emails to them. Wonder whats going on......I just wish they'd let us know if we are to be finished....any communication at all would be very welcome!:(
Oh well, i had the dreaded e-mail, released of my duties with them.0 -

Does anyone know what the contract length for an Internet Content Judge is with Lionbridge? Is it 12 months?0

Same here . I'm annoyed but to be honest I was getting fed up with the work anyway so I'll just have to look for something else now. Fingers crossed!
Don't be annoyed it's a 1 year thing anyway, everyone get's done in the end because it's not a real job at the end of the day just a stop gap.
Same here looking for a real job haha, had an interview and the lady interviewing me looked at Internet Assessor on my cv with a frown. What's that Internet Assessor role ? It looks very technical she asked, lol !
Is it why I did'nt get the job with them haha, too smart to set up meeting rooms and work on reception for them lol !
I might start to apply to research companys for trainee roles, maybe they will see it as a good thing to have aspirations from the norm ? :cool:0 -
Am trying to click apply now and its coming up with this error:
(*) This browser is not supported; for Design2003 the Internet Explorer as of 5.50 and the Mozilla as of 1.75 are supported
What do I need to do???
Thanks all! x0 -
You're right of course penfriend! I just got annoyed with their lack of communication. Still on the bright side I've got 2 "proper" job interviews next week so fingers crossed. Hope they don't look too askance at the web assessor work;).
Good luck to you in your job hunting:)"All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy"

Use Firefox.
It was the only one I could ever get to work with them.0 -
Hi
First post here. I have done the lionbridge exam last week and just found out last night that I passed! My question is regarding the best UK bank account to use for the payment?
Is there one that you don't get charged for using? And do they all just automatically convert euro to GBP when it's put into the account or is it up to the account holder to decide when is best to convert it regarding interest rates etc?
Complete beginner to all this!
Many thanks for any info.0 -

Good luck my friend.
It depends what type of person interviews you.
Lukily I was interviewed by a don't care type a few days later at another firm, they did'nt ask many questions. They confirmed I got the job today.0
