Hey guys...long time lurker first time poster! Recieved my confirmation email yesterday that I had passed the practical exams and had been accepted onto the programme. Meant to be recieveing my welcome email in the next day or two it says. Anyone able to comment on work availability as it presently stands? I have read this thread with interest and hoping I don't start work during a NRT period :-/0

Hello everyone, new person here!!
I started working for Lionbridge in December. Not yet had my first pay, apparantly coming on 13th Feb!
To all those about to sit the exam, good luck. It's a bit tedious and time consuming, but will be worth it.
As for the work, it's not the most exciting job in the world, but you can log on whenever you want and do bits and bobs whenever you can fit it in. You get to stay at home in the warm on your sofa, what's not to like! You could be down the pit!
I'm having trouble with the whole work/life balance thing though, housework has gone out the window. I'm trying hard to do alot of hours today as it's my birthday tomorrow, so I'd like the day off!0 -
Just got word I passed, yay, so happy! Hoping they send me my logon details in time for me to start work on Monday. Gonna work hard to earn as much as I can during my 11 months0

Hi I received an e-mail tonight informing me that I had been successful!
Out of curiosity does anyone know what the pass mark is for the second exam?
Also in general how much tax and NI do you get deducted, I am currently full-time employed as well as taking on the Internet Assessor role?
Thanks in advance!0 -

I applied online on Sunday and had an email through yesterday to say that I'd failed the initial application.
I'm a bit gutted to be honest and reading through here I seem to be the only person to have failed the initial application. I can't even ask for feedback.Attempting to make £2021 in 20210
