after reading the thread, i understand you can't say very much.

But the money is above nmw, doing say 20 hours is it enough for bills to be paid rent etc?

Yes the pay is quite a bit above nmw and is probably on a par with a part time admin job in an office. The exchange rate does mean that the rate of pay varies every month but not by too much.

  • Anyone know how to quit the Lionbridge program, and who to email? I clicked on the 'need to leave?' link on the main page but it lead me to a page with nothing useful on it, other than to say 'let us know if you need to quit', without giving an email address.

PROUD TO BE DEALING WITH MY DEBTS

  • Can someone please tell me what exactly they are recruting for? I looked on the website and there seem to several differnet things. Which one is applicaple to UK? I was looking for work from home but actually could interpret as well.

Most of us on this forum are Internet Assessors

Unfortunately they have just closed recruitment for the UK (but it does seem to open up again every couple of months so it is worth keeping your eye on it)

  • Ah, thank you. Are you employed or self-employed with this scheme? I shall try to register and wait.

Self employed. The maximum contract in the UK is for 11 months hence they do have a constant turnover of people.

  • Fro-ald thank you. They responded to my email and I can register but as with others they will let me know when sth becomes available. In a meantime need to find sth else asap.

You may want to look at Butler Hill who offer similiar positions.

I do not have personal experience of them but I think if you search for "Butler Hill" in this section of the forum then you will probably find people who have.
    Just a thought. :)
