Some stores have loads of stock, and noone even looking at it if you go instore. I also think they will be left with a large amount of things they can't sell!

Booooo ! Been holding out for this. Maybe if we boycott buying the 50% stuff, they will have so much to shift-they will have to drop it to 75%. Not that I'm instigating a revolt...;)

Thank you for the post, at least it's useful to know that the 75% is unlikely to happen right now, especially after many of us were anticipating it to happen this week.

But, if they do have a change of heart later in the month, I don't think I'll have any money left to spend online at Boots as I've been buying similar things at 70-75% off thanks to the great deals posted here.

Am never convinced by their 50% sale, most of the stock was on a 3for2 so buying 3 items at £10 cost £20 - now it costs £15 - so i think its only a 25% sale.

If the stock levels on the shelves instore around here are anything to go by, business isn't brisk at all - theres more 50% off stuff than I've seen for the last couple of years.
