Blimey I'm a bit late this week :o. Last week went a little to pot but not totally which means I have, once again, made a mess of my freezer inventory . How irritating!! I WILL get better at it by the end of the year :p.
This week will look something like this

    MONDAY
Lunch - Poached eggs and english muffin
Dinner - Some sort of fish, peppers and tomato concoction with rice

    TUESDAY
Lunch - noodles for me, beans on toast for DS
Dinner - (at work) HM soup and roll

    WEDNESDAY
Lunch - (at work) HM soup and french stick (from freezer)
Dinner - minted lamb steak and cous cous

    THURSDAY
    Lunch - fishcakes and salad
Dinner - at mum and dad's (prob last time for a while :()

    FRIDAY
    Lunch - cheese salad roll
Dinner - spag bol and garlic focaccia

Breakfasts will be the usual tea and toast/cereal/fruit

Hours at work will be changing from Monday 31st so my mealplans for the next few weeks have gone to pot. Will spend this week rearranging them. Also means I wont be eating at my parents on a Thursday evening anymore OR a Saturday lunch and dinner.

I'm forever running out of ideas so always find this helpful.

    Monday 17th:
    Tuesday: Leek & Potato Soup
Wednesday: Salmon Pasta Bake (using salmon that we were given as a present, boned and cut into steaks and frozen)
Thursday: Mince, onions & gravy, mash & veg (will make in bulk and freeze mince)
    Friday: Chicken Curry and rice
Saturday: Fish & chips (in freezer)
    Sunday: Roast Chicken

And to be super good will use leftover chicken for sandwiches and boil up the carcass with veg and make a soup on Monday.

I tend not to decide on what days I will have each meal, I just decide on a few meal options for the week and chose what I fancy most at the last minute - I find we waste less that way as I really need to want what I'm about to eat or it just leads to waste for us :o...so this week we will have in soome sort of order:

    HM pizza
    Ham, potatos and broccoli
    fish pie and peas
Arroz cubanos (just rice topped with HM tomato sauce and a fried egg)
tomato and basil pasta with courgette
    salmon and vegetable rice
tonight DH is out and I just had crackers and cheese as I've been busy eating loads of the applesauce cake I made, trying to decide if I like it or not...

Breakfasts: porridge, fruit, cereal or yogurt

Lunches, HM potato and leek soup, falafel wraps or a baked potato and cheese / beans
