I have to try and bake more this week... I am been a little slack in my baking... which is starting to frutrate me enough to actually do it... we have no baked goodies for work/school, so it is starting to cost more again!
Oh and no biscuits for my husband... so he's eating me out of bread instead!!!We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. Hey all!
It being January, we are on a frugality kick (and OH is on a health kick) so trying to eat what we have out of our rather depleted cabinets:
Thursday - Carrot and Corriander soup (have lots of carrots that need using, and some bread that needs eating. New recipie for me)
Friday - vege bolganese pasta bake (have everything in for this)
Saturday - Out
Sunday - jacket pots with vege chili from freezer
Monday - leftover pasta bake
Tuesday - leftover soup
Wednesday - maybe veg curry with rice, not sure yet but need to use jar of curry paste
Theoretically, I should be able to get through the week only buying a bit of corriander for the soup, breakfast cereal, bread, milk and some broth powder, pluss any veg for the curry. Lunches are leftovers.Mortgage free by 30:eek:: £28,000/£100,000Debt free as of 1 October, 2010
