No nooo, I think I'm just fighting this virus that is going around. Not taking proper time to just zonk out so my body can fight it most likely isn't helping. Neither is staying up until midnight and getting up at 6:30! Even if I was pregnant, surely I wouldn't be showing signs like sickness and sleepy time before I missed?

Anyways, carbonara was lovely :D OH said it's the best thing I've made for us tea wise, so I think it might become a regular dish. Figured out it's only about £2.35 to make for us both with garlic bread. Would be cheaper if you were to downgrade your meat, but I'd rather buy the best we can afford so the animal had a half decent time of it. Recipe was really quick too, only took about 15 minutes.

Speaking of food! (my favourite all time subject!) I got the 20p smart price gravy last week for Sunday tea. Was thinking it'd be pretty weak tasting, but I put a teaspoon of mustard powder in with it and it's honestly the nicest gravy I've had in years. Well, bar boozy venison gravy! Onto a winner with that one, so thought I'd spread the word :D

The Day Zero site was a little slow and glitchy on my work computer, but loaded perfectly fine at home on my laptop. It's an odd one!

Nothing to report on the money front, nothing's coming in which isn't so good. But nothing's going out; which I like very much!!

Not much to do at work today, so I'm going to fly through get it all done then I can catch up on my survey sites. Cheeky I know, but I'll just be looking out the window otherwise!

You inspired me to cook for the first time in over a week last night Cinny - I've been feeling rotten so living off toast and cereal. Anyway, made carbonara too, not my best ever it has to be said as there was pasta in a huge sea of sauce, but NIM appreciated getting real food again!

You also inspired me to make a Day Zero list now the site is working. I do love a good list. I haven't found anyone on there though who seems a decent way through, they all seem to forget about it within 6 months :s

Glad to be of service :D And because of that, I've ticked No5 off my list. And put a link to your list in the notes! I think it's that you've got almost 3 years to do the list in, they might just be working on the big'uns.

OH made my favourite for tea tonight. All ready when I got in, couldn't stomach it :( Had about 3 mouthfuls, of chicken, half the rice and a spring roll. Feel so bad because I know it's a long job making it, and he was so sweet to do it in the first place. I'm sick of being off food!

Not been up to much tonight. Went into the village with OH for a little wander, was told the fresh air would do me good. And it kind of has! So cold out again though, not overly impressed. Just curled up on the sofa now while OH is on the playstation. Think it'll be an early night for me, not even 9 and I'm feeling the snooze. Just playing with the layout on my blog, to make it a little prettier!

Must...not...write...a...day...zero...list! Although I'm doing so little at work I may start jotting a few things down whilst I'm waiting for someone to show me something to do!

Sorry that you're still feeling off Cinny! Maybe a 'test' would be a good idea to just rule it out?!

I caught up with your blog last night and that post you wrote on Valentine's Day about your OH was so fantastically lovely it made me all gooey inside!

Well I've written 1-101 in my notepad... it may or may not fill itself in at some point!

Birdie - Without having a tmi moment, I'm 'due' next week. So either way, if I'm still feeling run down I'm going to the Docs. Will have been feeling 'off' for 2 weeks by then, which isn't nice. Managing to eat what little stuff I bought with me to work today though, so lets hope I can face my tea!

Speaking of tea, tonight is chilli, rice and tortilla chips. I got us a bag of SP ones in the shopping last week, but I've been looking at recipes and fancy trying my hand at making them. They look easy enough. She says..

And speaking of tortillas (I'll get off this tangent in a moment) if you layer them with plenty SP salsa and sourcream, top with cheese and zap in the mircowave for 3 minutes they taste just like the ones you get at Pizza Hut.

Back on topic. I had the Quidco pennies paid into my account this morning, just leaving them there for now. Ain't that thrilling?

Turns out OH has got a random day off tomorrow, so we get a full day to ourselves. I'm so excited!! No big plans, OH is knackered from the shift he's been working but I think we're going to do the food shop (a whole day early, mental!!) while I've got OH to hand. Hated doing it on my own. Not blowing my own trumpet as I know I'm not drop dead gorgeous but I kept getting given ze come on by (admittedly sometimes quite pretty) strangers. It's weird, and I don't like that kind of attention :o

Might need to go too the corner shop on my way home tonight, forgot to take my carrots out of the plastic bag and they went all funny :( I think the chilli recipe will be fine without it, but obviously it's extra veggies in the mix.

And I think that's everything! Almost my 'weekend', looking forward to snoozing in a bit tomorrow.

I hope you enjoy your day together! Did you manage to eat your yummy sounding tea?

I'm up to 92 things to do but running out of steam now. Think the woman next to me thought I was feverishly taking notes yesterday when was scribbling down my list. I would be taking notes if they bothered to sit with me and teach me anything!

That's quite flattering that men keep coming on to you in the supermarket, but not very nice if you don't like that sort of thing! My (engaged) friend loves getting hit on, she'll even start talking to guys just so they'll get interested and chat her up but I hate it! I'm married, the only men I'm interested in talking to are my husband and his friends!
