Total Service Station Complaint

  • I know someone who works in a petrol station. She has told me before that as soon as it is closing time, she locks the door and puts the lights out on the dot. No exceptions. This doesn't mean she has gone home as she still has to cash up and take readings whatever they do in petrol stations.

You can't blame her after having done a 12 hour shift, 5 days in a row and all the stress that comes with it.

Although that doesn't explain why Total closed early.

You gotta be desperate to pay Total's prices.

Possibly they were running on Sri Lanka time?

Maybe they had a load of cloned credit cards that they needed to drop off that evening?

Perhaps you looked like an immigration officer?

    Etc, etc, etc......

I would think she makes sure she turns the pumps off before they have a chance too. ;)

Cut out most of the unnecssary verbiage and they might actually read the thing. It's FAR TOO LONG.
He's an IT Project director - what do you expect. ;)

Incident 23rd October. Letter dated 4th November.

You waited thirteen before putting pen to paper!
Or it took that long to compose it.;)
    Dan.
Again - IT Project manager, oops director. :D
  • The attendant were in the wrong for turning off the light, but you REALLY have time to compose such long winded letter along with many irrelevant points. A tip for u, in future make the letter short and get to the point.

You may like short letters, but a tip for you that writing in text speak isn't the way to go either!

Seriously, normally I'd agree, but the OP used the words to make light of the situation, you often get a better response if you make someone smile!
