Pete, You can always continue paying if you wish to do so of course its your choice all I am saying is there is an opportunity for you not to pay it so why dont you?

We have all been spun a huge lie and there is a lot more but we keep to council tax for a minute.

Most people never question authority and with respect you arent either, you say Authority should always be questioned, so question it.

I am not typing this just to wind you up! You DO NOT have to pay Council Tax
  • If you local council office phoned you up and asked you to come in and have a chat about non payment of council tax, what would you say? Yep, that's right, Foxtrot Oscar. They hire courts to scare you into believing that it's an official process, it's all a charade, a mind game to get you to pay up.

I have cancelled my direct debit and sent a notice of rejection for cause which is asking for proof that a contract exists between me and the council. As yet they have not replied and just keep sending me another "bill" I just keep sending them back.

Top man, thats the way forward, such a shame others wont wake up and follow isnt it.

Mind you they would NEVER question authority.

Silly silly people. Sorry I don't want to sound patronising

Open your eyes I am a freeman and this IS NOT BS.

Law book definition of statute (couciltax and the finance act is a statute)

Rule of a society given the force of law , by the consent of the governed

In other words your consent is required so the tax is unlawful
As for storming the court and arresting the judge you are misinformed
This was a peaceful demo , the judge was arrested or at least we tried but he got away , several people were arrested on trumped up charges made by the police ,funny those arrested have copies of police statements but non signed I wonder why Simple. They made the whole thing up no pc was assaulted and there are around 200 witnesses to back it up.

Do your research. Search these sites. Www.tpuc.org. Www.freedom rebels.co.uk. Www.worldfreemansociety.org.

Your government is deceiving you big time.

Over 1 million hit London yesterday over the cuts that are a whitewash of the corruption that is going on everyday against every human being

Open your eyes. See the truth

I pay because I think it is reasonable that I should pay for the services provided if I can afford to. I can afford to, I don't think the amount is unreasonable, so I do pay.

I would be upset if I subsidised the services provided for my neighbour because he imagined that his position as a Freeman meant he didn't have to pay.
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.

Of course you meant to sound patronising, and you succeeded.

Misinformed by Raymond StClair who seems to be one of the torch-bearers for the movement - it was a direct quote from an article written by "admin" on his website.

Hi, just trying to help and I hope I don't offend you but have you looked into whether your father might qualify as a person with a SMI (severe mental impairment) if that is the case it will have a major impact on how much CT he owes as he would be exempt.

That's neat. Like Catch 22 in reverse. If you think you don't have to pay any council tax you must be mad. If you are mad you don't have to pay any council tax :)
