Yes, we had a fun weekend. Sunday was definitely a recovery day. I've been trying to catch up on chores since.

Today was a NSD. Packed lunches 2/5. Not sure what I'm having for lunch tomorrow.

I've been playing around with my spreadsheets again and I've saved an extra £220; making my total this month £520.

Hmmm, I have been procrastinating... Calculated I will be overpaying £22 next month.
    Hello,

A new month, another overpayment. Well, my calculations were not far off. Last night I paid £21.89 off the mortgage. Taking it down to £147,200.00 and £10.07 interest per day.

I will update my signature later.

    See ya.

I balanced the books yesterday and a cheque that should have been paid in October came out on the 1st or 2nd of November instead. That means an extra £100 was saved in October and less will be saved this month. Here's my current signature:

Rainy day fund: £12,000/£12,000, achieved 100%.
    12k in 2012 challenge no. 168:
    £5,520/£4,000, achieved 141%.
    Mortgage now:
November 2012, at £147,200, end date May 2036.
    Mortgage at its highest:
July 2011, at £154,000, end date July 2036.

I transferred the £5 Halifax saver to my current account. We got around £16 in interest this month. It all gets noted and anything we have left at the end of the month gets moved over.

    So true MRN.

I am that tired I'm in bed typing this.

Today I spent £15 on food and some bits that were on offer. Packed lunch 1/5.

This year we did not go to a fireworks display or a bonfire. One of our cats is finding the fireworks loud or scary. Who know, he's a cat. He normally likes to be my headrest but the last few nights he's been hiding around our feet. At least tonight should be the end of it.

Men look away. The last 3 days my hormones have been all over the place. I need to head to H0lland and B4rratt while they have an offer to stock up on vitamins. I'm taking evening primrose oil, iron (I get very tired), vitamin B6 and of course folic acid. Hmmm, a quick internet search suggests I should take vitamin D, another article says vitamin E.

  • Hope you had a good nights sleep and felt back with it today.

Go steady on those supplements... fresh fruit and veg and a bit of daylight are much better.

caught up with your diary from the very beginning (have posted before but when you dip in and out of diaries it is so easy to mix people up :o:D ). You've had quite a year, haven't you? How is the extension looking now?

whilst I'm yet to stick with it long enough to get past level 1, I'd recommend sticking with the shred, the push ups do get easier as your upper body strength improves (even if, like me, you can still only do the girly version).

I felt great after the sleep. I get bad p. pain and other side effects and the vitamins help. I usually start taking them a few days before the pain hits and stop taking them when it goes so it's not every day. But thanks for the thought.

Well done on catching up and thanks for posting. We are having work done on the house (new kitchen, utility, toilet) but we've not built an extension. But I can dream.

I think I got to day 6, felt rubbish and have not got back into it again. I'll have to start on day 1 all over again. I do the girly push ups as well. I need to master them before I move onto the hard version.
