No I ordered the this works gift set, maybe the machine at the warehouse is just throwing duplicate emails out. This is boots so who knows????

It's not just two emails I have received though, on my order page there are six pairs of cosy ballet pumps listed :eek:

I only placed two very small orders online as I got most of what I needed in store, one was the jersey pumps and the other was two of the Nivea Shave Kits which I collected today. Very impressed with them, I was expecting minature products but they are full sized. Two more Christmas presents sorted, only 11 months to go :rotfl:

My mum placed 2 orders on the same day(Wed) within 15 mins of each other, 1 was delivered yesterday but the other was showing as processing so I rang first thing today and spoke to CS firstly he said it was still showing as it being in the warehouse and should be with us shortly as there was a backlog due to the sale, I asked if he could check with a supervisor to see if it could be tracked , he then came back to me with a tracking number, it had been collected on Sunday and was currently at Gateshead and then he said they were having problems with the computer in the warehouse not sending emails ,
So hope is still there for orders which are processing as emails may just be pending

I ordered the strictly cases.

Actually I just realised that it says on the dispatch email's that I will be emailed when its ready for instore collection - Im wondering if today the email I got was meant to be a collection email rather than a dispatch one....

Don't rely on waiting for the email to say stuff has arrived in store - I would ring them directly as it may be there already.

Is is against forum rules to say I've got too much sanctuary stuff.....wondering what to do with it - got at half price - will I get this I back if I return to store or would it be 75% off now? I've got the despatch note but no prices on it.....

Do you by any chance have the sanctuary face set?? If you do I would happily buy it off you at 50%, been trying to get it since the sale started and had no luck, I have all the other sanctuary stuff but really wanted the facial set, let me know if thats what you have, I can pay via paypal and obviously happy to pay the postage costs

I'm confused placed 2 orders last wed, both of which had the gok deluxe box in them. received an order despatched email for one and an order ready for collection today for the same order. Rang customer services today to find out what had happened to the second one. Got a really helpful customer service girl who said second order was stilling waiting to be packed and there were no more gok box's in stock so i wouldn't get it. She tried to find one instore somewhere for me but even the stores showing instock for her when phoned said they had none. Just when i had accepted I was only going to get one (so mother in law would not be getting for mothers day) received an email to say second order has been dispatched. So fingers crossed when i go 2moro to collect everythings there. Not sure I will sleep tonight I want my gok box LOL.
