Can anyone tell me why its back again but you can't buy it?

I picked up my couple of bits today although I love the GOk stuff, I don't think it was worth £45!!!

This always seems to happen with the Boots website and often during sale time. Don't think they update the system often enough with stock levels, etc. It's annoying because I keep thinking stuff must be back in stock and try to order only for message to come up saying discontinued.

Could you post back what you get? Mine was due in today but I received an email last week saying it would be late so I've no idea when I'll be getting it.

They have charged me for the three items I originally ordered so I am very intrigued.

Yep had the same thing too. one yesterday and one today. It was meant to be delivered to store today as well so Ive no idea if its actually there or not...Will have to see tomorrow I guess

This is because their staff have decided it is back instock but they have not updated the item to show as instock, *sigh* has been the case of much of the stock left on there. The dora the explorer face towel which ha been discontinued was finally updated to instock this morning. May be worth keeping a beady eye on. Although from what I gather today is the last day of the 75% off online

I'm wondering if we've all ordered the same thing and they've messed up at warehouse ?????

my order was due in store tomorrow. got a text yesterday to say it had arrived so went to pick it up. got my replacement advantage card too late to get the points when i ordered my stuff, but they manually added them in store for me.
my sister wanted a usb hub for an IT geek at work, but they had none in stock in any of the stores we went in, but when i went to collect my items, they had them in stock in the store. fantastic. We got most of the stuff we wanted this yr. would have bought more things if the stock levels had been better tho.

Hi i ordered last wednesday 19th and yesterday i received an email to say some of my items have been cancelled not out of stock but cancelled what are they doing i've not cancelled anything my cancelled items are thorntons moments and the mule slippers!! i'm still waiting for them to be delivered to the store. do you think they have processed those who ordered for home delivery first and just left us till last??
