Boots 75% off sale - possible date

I have just come back from Reading oracle and Reading High Street. Reading oracle is full of letfovers now,however they put some more stuff on the shelf at the High STreet branch. I spoke to a family freind who works at Oracle and she said they have now cleared the basement of sale stock and put it all out as they need to quickly move the new bits and bobs in. High st store had plenty of waybaloo pyjama cases, lots of weenicons, lots of little girls glitter babes gift sets, lots of fcuk tshirt and shower gels, 3rd and bird face towels and toys, campbell soups sets, twinnings sets, pot puri sets, various mens cuff link, bubble bath stuff like dora, toy story, simpsons socks, chocolate slabs (bb end of march so not really worth it for gifts latter on in the year) ..thats all i can remember now.

I think this has to be the worst 75% sale so far - makes me wonder if they have broken up the gift sets and put them back on the shelf or saving them for next year! there was just nothing decent in the shop in Maidstone and it is a big enough store. Only rubbish left and stuff that was £40 now £10 and I still don't think that it is worth £10!! oh well spent the grand some of nothing!! Do we really think all the stock was sold at 50% - especially when you think it is buy 2 get 1 free, so is not really half price anyway but 25% off. Oh well. I will fill my gift drawer with clothes instead!

Yes I'm waiting for 2 orders to be dispatched.....

I've had one dispatch notice for the 5.30am order but nothing for the two I placed later in the day - due for collection from shop on 25th.

I'm beginning to doubt it, especially as my first order is due in store Monday and I only had confirmation email 90 minutes ago, a mere 54 hours after placing order.

I hope we're lucky though

Thanks cheapstuff, I might pop into Broad Street tomorrow/Sunday to see what they have (glitter babes stuff sounds good) !

Mine are saying processed too but they have been saying that since Wednesday. My first one says dispatched. I just think that by they time they compare the orders to actual stock, they will run out and orders will be cancelled. I must stop checking my emails every 2 minutes!
