Try pressing F5 repeatedly - once and then if nothing happens try pressing again and again etc. Or if that doesn't work if customer line is open try calling them for help. You could also try calling your bank to see if the payment has gone through, but I would keep pressing the F5 button aswell cos that's what I kept doing and finally worked. Hope this helps:)

I have however sorted myself out for xmas and birthdays all the way through the year between points at 50% sale and ££ at 75% sale :):) although i think i may have bought too much of the gorgeous wrapping paper lol!!!!

i totally agree if they can buy from ebay they can get it cheeper from boots even at 50%

YEAH managed to get it eventually. Now trying to get a few more bits as it was a feeding frezny instore this morning. Between the baskets trolleys and prams in was bleeding ridiculous. In saying that still managed to spend £70 but saved over £200.:D

I don't blame people for wanting to make a few quid either, it's just a bit annoying when you only want a couple of bargains and see 3 people taking the lot. I don't think I'd have the brass neck to do that.:o

I remember when M&S were selling stuff off for a pound, they had tables laid out and people queued up and could choose 5 items each (it was a load of rubbish really but the queue's were massive!) Far more civilised than the free for all at Boots :eek:

Just I thought I would post with my story. I am away on hols in Switzerland abd left my list and gift card with my local sa. My dd called this morning to day she did not have to be in work early and 1stly went to the store in the next town and got some lovely things. She rang me really excited and headed to our local. Soon as she went in my 2 fave sa's cane over and said they weren't allowed to do my list until they finished at 2.30. So my dd took my list and gift card and fit almost all o wanted. She said the sa's in both stores were fab and there were no crowds. She went home and sent me a pic. Then when I got to the computer tonight I went online and although most of my bits were out of stock I still got some chocs and other bits.
Just a comment about e-bay I don't think anybody would buy gok boxes or fearne hatboxes if they'd were not cheap enough.
Last thing I really wanted the bird alarm clock and would pay postage if anyone could post me one. Pm me if you can

I went into the Westfield Derby store and there was hardly anything left.

One woman had about 4 Ferne Cotton hatboxes and she was emptying an opened hatbox on the shelf into one of the boxes she had.

Some SA's and a manager were clearing the empty shelves and taking all the offer labels down as I was there. I may go again tomorrow to see if there is anything left
