Didn't do too well instore, hardly any giftsets, toys or toiletries not many gok sets but loads of strictly and fearne untouched. Glad I picked up a good toy haul a few weeks back and small online order -

i finished work at bit early and had a run up to the monks cross store in york

loads and loads of every variety of ferne stuff and lots of subbuteo, quite a few Jaimie oliver mugs - these are the nicest mugs to drink out of and at less than 3 quid a good buy. loads of strictly cases and other strictly stuff

i got an oriental dining set
blossom gift set - this is the same as nexts just pink
ruby and millie eye shadows
tea stack
choccie coins
aromatherapy kit
note book and badges
scarlett and whatever its called eye shadow set
scarlett and whatever lipgloss set
mens toiletry gift set - can't remember which brand, was it dangerous? - too much bootsing lol
almond gift set

AND.... loads of toys were marked up clearance and big signs on the edge of the shelf saying not part of 75%, i picked up an ELC rattle thing marked up at 4 pounds, it was only when i got home and checked i realised it had gone through at a pound! if i'd realised i would have bought a few more things to see ig it worked on all of them.

talking to the Sa as she checked me out and she said they were only told this morning, they were telling people it wasn't on, and it was a shock when they came in this morning to be told to put the signs up. a lot quieter than last year in our store

It's pointless to keep trying to buy on line unless you want Fearne, Gok or Strictly.

The next time this thread will get busy is when we are complaining abount cancelled orders!

Anyone know if it's worth going to Harrow or Greenford? I can rearrange work to be in either if it's worth my while TIA
